Fun posting. No way would I run living in Topeka if it got below 28-29. Of course always depended on the windchill as well. So no triple dog dares from this runner blogger. Sorry, but I guess you can call this recovery time. Which I am finding is equally important as a good tempo or long run.
Ginny - we might HAVE to start hitting up our warmer weather bloggie friends for running opportunities - Slomo in LV, Meg in So CA, The Pinkcorker in Tuscon, Tina in TX, and YOU in MS. We can make the Grand Tour. Hmmmm - good suggestion! LOL!

ReplyDeleteBrr.. When the weather report includes the word "dangerous", I get scared!
ReplyDeleteI like your weather gadget in your sidebar!
You can get the weather gadget from www.weather.com and customize it for your location and activities. It's kind of cool ... er, um, cold. :)
ReplyDeleteOk - that is ridiculous. Now you are paying the price for all that beauty in the summer. Sorry! Wanna head south? Have a spare bedroom.
