We put together a little photo documentary of what trail running exploits we have been up to for the past couple weeks.
We, as in Kathleen has been running enough lately that it has been a lot of
US running together - I dig that! It's Sunday night and I'm a bit tired, so words will be few and photos plenty :)

Peregrine Falcon on Dakota Trail - we rounded a corner and there he was right next to the trail - look at the size of that talon! He was magnificent!

Red Rock Canyon/Section 16

On the steeps now, climbing in earnest on the Intemann Trail - the shade on the steep climb
was nice, as it got hot early today!

I don't think I'd ever get bored running in such a beautiful place. I like Thorlo, Drymax and Balega socks, too - good brands.

Okay everyone, these pix were not Colorado. Trust me. You don't want to come to Colorado because all of these shots were actually taken in New Jersey.

I was laughing on the pavement picture. Nothing like a little pavement to appreciate the trails that much more (me too, really!).
I'm still debating about Garden of the Gods. Wondering if I can lollygag it and make the cutoff. If I do make it down, I'll let you know. Can't do brunch after with AJH but if I make it down and you're around, I'll be sure to say Hi. :)
