I am once again jealous. This time it's of those long sleeves that I see you guys wearing. I am sure by Jan. I will no longer be jealous of the weather that you have.

The rock on the trails looks like a jolt to jour joints. Yet running with jackets and layers? Again, I think the inside of my frige is the only thing close to your AM temps. Jealous, altough tomorrow I might be able to sleep in some and still have cool (Vegas temps) at 6:AM. Keep Kickin! Thanks.

It was 48 degrees and only made it to 53 for the day. More of the same, as you'll see when I get around to posting some pics! You'll have to look at our winter pics, if only out of morbid curiosity!!

Trail running is actually better overall for your muscles and joints because you build more stabilizing strength. The rocks are a blast!!!

Looks like the rehab is working. Nice pics as always, and those looked like a little more technical trails. We did the Turkey and Taturs 50K today, and Jason, Lisa, and I are now 5-star Maniacs! :)

Oh, and Dana says Hi!!
